- Be the Face of the Shop :
Greet customers with warmth and hospitality, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. - Translate "Auto" to "English" :
Review digital vehicle inspections from technicians and explain needed repairs to customers in a clear, non-intimidating way. - Manage the Flow :
Coordinate schedules, provide accurate estimates, and keep customers updated via text and phone throughout the day. - Educate & Empower :
Help customers prioritize repairs based on safety and urgency, ensuring they feel confident in their decisions. - Collaborate :
Work closely with our technicians to ensure work is completed on time and to our high standards. - Deliver the "Extra Mile" :
Coordinate loaner cars, shuttle services, and ensure every customer leaves feeling like family.

Previous service advising or high-level retail/hospitality experience is preferred, but a great attitude and a willingness to learn are our top priorities.
