Experienced Cold Heading and Thread Roll Operators – SIGN ON BONUS!!!
ITW Shakeproof is looking for experienced operators to work in our Watertown, WI manufacturing plant during the 2nd shift (Monday–Thursday, 10‑hour shifts) and 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 8‑hour shifts). The role offers a $3,000 sign‑on bonus and a relocation bonus for candidates outside 50 miles of Watertown.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate unique header and threader machines (1D‑2B Hartford, 1D‑2B National, 2D‑3B 56 National, Formax, 34 and 89 Nationals).
- Follow procedures and work instructions diligently.
- Maintain high‑quality standards and production efficiency.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Prioritize safety at all times.
- 5+ years of experience in cold heading or thread rolling (Required).
- Familiarity with the listed machine types.
- Dependable, safety‑focused, and quality‑oriented.
Compensation: $28–$36 per hour depending on experience.
