Job Position: CNC Lathe Operator/Programmer
Location:
Machesney Pk, IL 61115
Pay Rate: $18.00+ BOE
Shift: First-630am-5pm, M-F 6am-11am Some Saturdays
Description:
Grow your CNC career with a family owned and operated business with an extensive background in machining. We are looking for new and experienced CNC Lathe Operator/Programmer for First shift. Enjoy weekly pay, paid benefits upon hire, and overtime, 50-55 hours a week.
Paid Benefits at 90 days, Health, Dental, Vision, Vacation and generous 401(k) with a matching plan.
CNC Lathe Operator/Programmer Duties and Responsibilities- Setup and Operate multiple CNC Mazak Lathes (Models such as QT15, Nexus 200, Nexus 250, and QT18N)
- Inspection of parts for finish and is within tolerances.
- Recognizing defects and making adjustments to machines or notifying supervisor.
- Ability to setup and operate CNC Lathes is required.
- Programming on Mazatrol is necessary (EIA/ISO G-code)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Ability to read precision measuring tools. (Micrometers, gauges calipers and indicators, ETC).
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
