Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) position. Starting hourly rate is $16.00 USD; pay range is $16.00–$24.00 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to assist with their needs and solve issues.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas as directed.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or fixtures.
• Change prices, set up merchandise, maintain inventory accuracy, and support related processes.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services in the total store and area to solve issues for guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times; follow safety policies and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws).
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift/move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule with nights, weekends, and holidays as required; able to work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Remain mobile for the duration of shift length (varying).
