Merchandiser/Stocker – Hub
Join O'Reilly Auto Parts as a Merchandiser/Stocker – Hub. Work front‑front, keep merchandise stocked, and support sales floor operations in a high‑volume auto parts environment.
CompensationHourly rate: $15.00 – $20.00. Pay exceeds minimum wage and may include performance premiums in applicable circumstances.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, directing hard‑parts needs to parts specialists.
- Check in, price, and put up stock; maintain front‑front display, full and clean on a daily basis.
- Make display changes, price changes, and “sale” sign updates according to planograms and company guidelines.
- Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and over‑stock returns.
- Work with store manager to complete To‑Do List and weekly tasks; act as main shoplifting deterrent and front‑floor security.
- Pull and stage installer deliveries for delivery specialists; coordinate safe routes and vehicle inspections with ISS and delivery specialists.
- Housekeeping duties for back‑room and installer counter areas; maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and strong organizational skills.
- Desired: previous stocking experience; fluency in Spanish highly desired; ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
