The medical/surgical RN is responsible for the delivery of safe, effective and quality patient-family-centred care consistent with CCH and Maine State Standard:
- Excellent assessment, communication, computer and documentation skills needed
- Ability to function independently
- Ability to act rapidly and efficiently in emergency situations
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and support the mission, vision and values of the organisation
- RN licensed – ME State or multi-state compact
- BLS Certification
- Recent 1 year of RN Med Surg experience with adult patients in a STAC facility
