We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance for this position based on our campus in Madison, WI.

As a Trainer, you’ll lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as our own staff. You will be the first point of contact for many of our staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting them in saving lives. Your responsibilities will include instructional design, development of training materials and scenarios, and delivery of training content.

Outside of the classroom, trainers work in tight-knit teams to design workflow-based training content, collaborate with organizations to develop their training, and participate in projects to make our software more intuitive. If you have experience on stage, in a classroom, or as a tour guide, this could be the position for you.

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
• A history of academic and professional success
• Willingness to travel at least 6 times per year to customer locations
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• COVID-19 vaccination

This is an entry-level, full-time position in Education and Training.
