RESPONSIBILITIES:

The School of Accounting and Business Administration in the College of Business, Health, and Community Programs invites applications for an Instructor of Finance.

Teaching responsibilities include undergraduate and graduate instruction in both traditional in-person and online formats. Service to the School, College, University, profession, and community is expected.

RANK & SALARY: 9-month, non-tenure track position. $42,012 - $70,002 per year, commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in Finance or closely related field.
  • Relevant professional experience in Finance or a related area.
  • Demonstrated ability or potential for effective teaching at the undergraduate level.
  • Commitment to student-centered teaching and applied learning.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior teaching experience in Finance or related business disciplines.
  • Experience teaching in online or hybrid formats.
  • Ability to contribute to graduate instruction in an MBA program.

For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree-granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body). Unless otherwise stated, the degree must be conferred at the time of appointment.
