Expand your Experiences and Education in ABA at Mosaic!

Mosaic in Illinois is seeking candidates to provide billable services to adults with intellectual disabilities. Candidates must be a licensed BCaBA, BCBA, or have applied for the BACB exam.

Imagine working remotely from your home in a hybrid position outside a lab setting while still interacting with clients in a more natural setting. Behavior Support Coordinators are not “on call” and do not provide crisis support to agencies. The focus is on coaching others to implement strategies developed to promote success with adults living in the community.

Behavior Support Coordinators receive paid travel and phone stipends to travel to the locations where services are provided. Services are centralized in Macomb, Pontiac, and the Rockford areas. These are all thriving locations to live; however, candidates within approximately 60 miles should apply. We have creative solutions that can be discussed.

Are you a BCaBA working toward your BCBA?
  • Mosaic can support your journey with free clinical supervision.
  • BCaBAs have opportunities for unrestricted and restricted hours on the job. That is often a challenge for aspiring BCBAs.
  • A flexible schedule and team of qualified supervisors will help you meet your goals.
  • BCBAs work alongside experts in various fields to increase competence and ability to work with additional populations.
  • Reasonable billing goals to allow more time to research and embark on other experiences.
  • Tuition assistance program

We continue to grow because our staff continues to grow.

Mosaic can assist BCaBAs and BCBAs with CEUs, licensure, and medicaid enrollment.

Mosaic is an ACE provider and assists BCBAs and BCaBAs with their CEUs.
