Overview
Base pay range is provided separately. What you’ll do- Provide pharmaceutical care to customers including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders and counseling on health care and prescription medication needs.
- Maintain confidential information and required documentation for controlled medications.
- Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply it to the development and execution of action plans by advising others on information and best practices to meet customer and business needs.
- Support and implement business solutions by building relationships with stakeholders, identifying needs, executing processes, monitoring progress, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Model and guide associates on customer service approaches to resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues within company guidelines and standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity by applying them in business plans and practices.
- Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, and directing safety, operational and quality assurance reviews.
- Maintain confidential information, documentation, and records as required by policy and regulations.
- Provide comprehensive patient care by processing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and supporting programs developed by Walmart in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations.

- Foster a culture of patient care, safety, and accountability; ensure standard operating procedures and quality goals are followed; promote reporting and transparency of errors.
- Develop and implement action plans to address root causes and improve team knowledge and patient safety.
- Assist with HIPAA compliance, billing procedures, and adherence to SOPs; utilize auditing processes to identify issues and drive improvements.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm
D, or equivalent FPGE (NABP). - Pharmacy license by job entry date.
- Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
