Macomb Post Acute Care Center in Macomb, IL is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department. We are seeking a licensed COTA, OT, or PTA with strong clinical knowledge and a collaborative leadership style.
This full-time role focuses on developing therapy teams and overseeing daily operations of a skilled nursing rehabilitation program. The DOR will mentor PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and COTA staff, ensure high-quality clinical documentation, and promote resident-centered care
