Duties- Manage a docket of employment injury cases.
- Conduct investigations and maintain client contact.
- Engage in motion practice and discovery.
- Prepare for and participate in trials and hearings.
- Oversee pre and post-trial activities.
- Collaborate with a dedicated paralegal.
- 3-15 years of litigation and trial experience.
- Proven hearing/trial industrial commission experience.
- Ability to work as a team member and independently.
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Commitment to social justice and community involvement.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
- Excellent litigation and trial skills.
- Strong leadership and self-starting abilities.
- Effective communication and research skills.
