• Work at any station—grill, cashier, prep, salsa, or expo—after completing our training program.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system, handle cash and digital tips, and process orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and food safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with teammates, respond to new challenges, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Base pay ranges from $15.25 to $16.25 per hour, depending on skill level, experience, and education. Additional benefits include tuition assistance, insurance, and paid time off.
