Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude; capable of working independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location:
  Galesburg, IL (secondary locations: Macomb, IL; Beardstown, IL; Lewiston, IL).
• Schedule availability required:
  Monday‑Friday | Start time: 07:00 AM.

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 based on relevant experience.
