H&R Block -  [Administrative Assistant / Receptionist] As an Operations Administrative Assistant at H&R Block, you'll:
Provide seasonal hiring support in the H&R Block applicant tracking system and administrative support;
Receive communication (written, telephone and electronic) from offices who have a concern or a need around supplies, facilities, or support;
Communicate with DOC/DGM/Field Associates around Administrative Support Tasks;
Review and verify invoices and prepare payment in Coupa and/or corporate credit card expense for the DOCs approval;
Source vendors for local facility tickets.
