Job Summary:

We are looking for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a background in Accounting and has strong communication skills.

• Post invoices
• Reconcile statements
• Disburse checks
• Balance statements and finalize data
• Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system
• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks

• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS)
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
• Accounting Degree (preferred, Not Required)
• Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership
