• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency in business processes
• Participate in working groups to create standardized workflows across the organization
• Support configuration of the agency management system (AMS) and document all processes and procedures
• Redesign and implement best-in-class business processes and data standards
• Lead training efforts and create client deliverables based on documented processes

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a designated line of business
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to refine workflows and procedures for improved efficiency and quality
  
  Strong team player with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
• Bias for action with a commitment to achieving sustainable results
