- You will play a pivotal role in enabling high-quality, data-driven decisions and fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive business performance and operational excellence at Columbus Engine Center.
- Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure fast, coordinated issue resolution.
- Conduct readiness assessments and provide visibility into emerging risks to support timely decision-making.
- Promote collaboration across stakeholders to accelerate problem-solving and improve engine velocity through the shop.
- Drive on-time starts by ensuring adherence to gate start and close plans in alignment with operational objectives.
- Facilitate fast, informed decisions across stakeholders to maintain schedules and meet business goals.
- Surface escalations and risks accurately and timely ensuring Tier 3 readiness and network escalations are achieved.
- Support MML development, conduct tactical and strategic capacity analysis to align with operational need and forecast engine output roadmap.
- Run OPX sessions to align cross functional resources to meet organizational mandates and drive performance improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Experience with DOME and SAP systems.
- 4 years of experience in MRO planning and/or material management, including SIOP processes.
- Experience with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
- Prior experience in creating and managing dashboards to present actionable insights.
- Familiarity with advanced data visualization tools and techniques.
The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
