- Facilitate daily after school activities and ensure the classroom runs efficiently.
- Support families and provide clear communication about student progress.
- Use technology for accurate electronic tracking of children’s milestones.
- Follow enhanced safety guidelines to maintain a clean and secure environment.
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated experience working with children – child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
- Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred.
- Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, and lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
- Must be able to visually supervise children at all times.
