• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play
• Respond to each child’s physical and emotional needs with care
• Keep the space spotless and safe—sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork
• Communicate with parents; elevate questions/concerns to a manager as needed
• Let parents/manager know if a child needs attention beyond Kids’ Club capacity
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)

• Warm, friendly energy and great communication
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with a can‑do attitude
• Comfortable building rapport quickly and juggling multiple tasks
• Willing to learn; apply new info and follow safety policies
• Basic knowledge of babysitting practices/techniques

• High school diploma or GED (or at least 16 years old and a current high‑school student in good standing)
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred
• CPR/AED (infant/child/adult) certification preferred
