Position:
Superintendent
Location: Projects throughout Georgia Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 (Based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Superintendent to oversee ground-up construction projects across Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness at every phase.

• Project Leadership:

  • Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to deliver high-quality results.

• Construction Expertise:

  • Oversee concrete, steel, and wood construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Lead daily site operations and ensure proper resource allocation.

• Technology & Documentation:

  • Utilize Procore
    , Bluebeam
    , and Microsoft Office Suite to manage project workflows and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, inspections, and change orders.

• Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective solutions to project challenges, maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness on job sites, promoting a culture of safety.

• Extensive experience in ground-up construction with a strong understanding of concrete, steel, and wood building systems.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam
  , along with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across Georgia.
• Experience with GSFIC (Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission) projects is a plus.

• Competitive salary range of $100K to $140K
  , depending on experience.
