Construction Superintendent – Healthcare (Miami, FL)

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• Bachelor's degree with major in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor or equivalent experience working in an active hospital across multiple disciplines.
• Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, particularly in mechanical (HVAC) and plumbing aspects.
• Schedules and coordinates project activities with clients and project managers, manages multiple divisions of work, and maintains files, reports, and logs including inspections, labor, and safety training.
• Oversees subcontractor performance and product quality for adherence to project scope and contracts
• Monitors project budget and resources
• Thorough knowledge of construction equipment, industry best practices, and proficiency in interpreting scopes of work
• OSHA 30 Certifications required

• An established national construction firm specializing in design-build healthcare and Biomedical General Contracting projects, both private and government
