Concrete Superintendent

We are seeking a Concrete Superintendent with experience in wastewater treatment or industrial projects to lead all concrete construction activities. This hands‑on leader will coordinate crews, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure high‑quality, safe, and on‑time project delivery.

• Supervise daily concrete operations, including formwork, placement, finishing, and curing for wastewater treatment facilities.
• Ensure work meets project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Manage crews and equipment efficiently while enforcing safety protocols.
• Perform quality inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Track daily labor, materials, and production; assist with scheduling and forecasting.
• Communicate with owners, inspectors, and regulatory agencies to maintain compliance and project progress.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards through leadership and site audits.

• Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, curing, and formwork techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with construction software preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
