General Overview

$5,000 Sign on Bonus. Compensation:
Starting pay $36- $40/hr based on experience with a Hygiene bonus plan.

Schedule:

3 days per week—Tuesday to Thursday 7a.m. to 4p.m. (able to add a 4th day if requested). Sign on bonus: $5,000 paid after 60 days.

What are the must haves to join the team?

• Ability to empathize and provide top‑notch, positive, patient care while connecting with our diverse patient base.
• A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

As a Dental Hygienist
, you will identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene of our patients as it relates to the mouth‑body connection, including:

• Review and update dental x‑rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x‑ray machine.
• Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
• Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
• Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis.
• Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
• Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.

Qualifications

• Current RDH licensure in Georgia.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.
• Desire to become Laser certified.
