Compensation: $385K–$675K total package

A healthcare organization is seeking a board-certified pulmonologist to focus primarily on outpatient pulmonary medicine.

• Provide outpatient pulmonary care, inpatient consults, and procedures
• Average 20 patient visits per day (additional pay for higher volume)
• Supervise advanced practice providers
• Support innovative care delivery models alongside clinical staff
• Build and maintain relationships with local primary care partners

• 2–20 years of experience
• Early-to-mid career pulmonologist with an outpatient focus
• Must be board certified
• No critical care work included

$385K – $675K total compensation package

• Open to J-1 candidates
• Not open to H-1B candidates

• On-site, 5 days per week
• Options across 3 regional clinics
• Priority need at one Southwest location
• At least 3 weeks per month on-site; may use 1 week per month for locums to maintain credentials
