Position Overview

We are actively seeking compassionate and mission-driven family practice physicians to join our outpatient primary care team in Macon, GA. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver full-spectrum outpatient family medicine care to patients of all ages
  • Perform routine wellness visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, and acute care services
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including advanced practice providers, nurses, care coordinators, and behavioral health professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts and care initiatives focused on community health
  • Foster an inclusive, respectful, and supportive environment for patients from diverse backgrounds
Qualifications
  • MD or DO with board certification (or eligibility) in Family Medicine
  • Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain
  • Current DEA license
  • Passion for working with underserved communities
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to team‑based care
