Pay range: $64.90 to $84.13 an hour*

10K retention bonus for FT Optometrist

This location also offers relocation and student loan reimbursement to qualified FT candidates.

** Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The compensation package may include incentives, bonuses, and/or commissions depending on the role.

We are a doctor-owned, patient-centric practice providing convenient, caring, and personalized eye care to communities across Georgia. As an employee, you won't have to worry about running the business; we handle insurance filing, credentialing, staff hiring, and training, with no on-call or after-hours work.

We utilize advanced diagnostic technology such as optical coherence tomography, visual fields, retinal camera, auto-refractor, and electronic health records to ensure seamless patient care. OD Technicians or Clinical Specialists assist with patient workups and contact lens fittings. We prioritize our doctors' career fulfillment and work-life balance.

What You'll Do:

Provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, including examinations, prescribing vision solutions, handling eye emergencies, and collaborating with staff to improve healthcare access.
