Middle Georgia State University (MGA), a multi‑campus, baccalaureate and graduate degree granting public institution, is the most affordable public state university in Georgia. MGA has five campuses—Macon, Cochran, Dublin, Eastman, and Warner Robins—all located in central Georgia—and global outreach through its fully‑online campus. Its enrollment of 8,400 students is largely comprised of students from most of Georgia's 159 counties. The Department of Psychology and Criminal Justice includes programs that are designed to produce scientifically analytic, critical thinkers prepared to succeed in meeting the challenges of modern life. We emphasize career preparation in the behavioral sciences through lifelong learning. The Department offers an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and a Doctorate in Public Safety.

It also offers a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis.

This position is a part‑time position to teach within our Bachelor of Psychology program or within the minor/certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis, with a start date for Spring 2026 or Fall 2026.

Required Educational Qualifications

Minimum of a Master's degree from a regionally‑accredited university (or international equivalent) in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis.

Doctoral degree in Psychology (or ABA) preferred.

Prior college teaching experience.

Prior online teaching experience.

Record of research/scholarly publications.
