Department Information
The Department of Information Technology prepares students to solve problems and apply new technologies within an increasingly interconnected and changing global environment. Emphasis is placed on career success through lifelong learning and professional development at all curriculum levels. The Department offers a Bachelor of Science (BSIT), Master of Science (MSIT), and Doctor of Science (DScIT) in Information Technology. MGA’s Bachelor of Science in Information Technology program is accredited by ABET and is also recognized as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education (CAE‑CDE) by the National Security Agency.
Job Summary
The Department of Information Technology within the School of Computing at Middle Georgia State University seeks part‑time instructors for day, evening, and online classes on the Macon, Cochran, and Warner Robins campuses.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 18 graduate semester hours in Information Technology.
