We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Academics Manager to join our team and play a central role in ensuring our academic programs run with integrity, consistency, and excellence across every term.

In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of our academic delivery — coordinating faculty, maintaining course quality, supporting students, and ensuring compliance with the standards of our partner institutions. Cross-term and institution-specific responsibilities

  • Manage the import, setup, audit, and publication of courses ahead of each academic term for partner institutions (e.g., CBU, LUANAR, UNZA, UNIMA).
  • Oversee faculty assignments and LMS housekeeping to ensure course environments are accurate and ready for instruction.
  • Coordinate timely grade uploads into institutional systems; execute grading audits and failed-student reviews.
