• Oversee multiple ongoing growth and cost‑saving projects.
• Manage projects at sites up to $5 million, coordinating internal and external teams to execute the capital budget plan.
• Primary responsibility for the Macon and Savannah, GA sites, with ability to support other sites as needed.
• Develop project scope definition and lead project execution.
• Support plant manager with annual capex planning.
• Maintain overall capital budget for the site.
• Ensure safety & compliance are critical aspects of the role.
• Identify schedule risks, implement mitigation, and improve opportunities through analysis of construction schedules.

• BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a chemical operation.
• Experience with capital project management, including projects > $1 million.
• Familiarity with engineering codes and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $91,800.00 and $ plus discretionary bonuses.
