At American Pride Bank, we’re looking for a detail‑oriented and dedicated Loan Operations Specialist to help individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals with confidence and care. This role supports our lending operations in a mission‑driven organization.

• Review and prepare loan documents for booking.
• Book loans (including SBA & Mortgage loans) into the core system.
• Handle payoff quotes and document delivery.
• Scan, file, and manage loan documentation.
• Submit GRMA fees on a semi‑annual basis.
• Assist with SBA 1502 report remittance.
• Monitor and clear collateral/documentation exceptions.
• Print and mail loan statements and notices.
• Respond to customer and attorney inquiries.
• Process loan maintenance requests, wires, and automatic fund transfers.
• Support audits and assist with exception resolution.
• Handle commercial and consumer loan processing, including renewals and extensions.
• Manage construction loan disbursements and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with TILA‑RESPA and HMDA requirements.
• Maintain fraud detection and insurance tracking.

• Fast‑paced banking/business office environment with standard office temperature, moderate noise from computer(s), printer(s), telephone, fax, copier, scanner and other office equipment, and median traffic.
• Ability to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, reach, lift (up to 25 pounds), and stand for various lengths of time.
• Ability to operate and use a computer, printer, telephone, fax, copier, scanner, other office equipment and tools needed for the job.

• High school diploma required;
  Associate or bachelor’s degree in business/finance preferred.
• Minimum 3 years loan operation banking experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with Jack Henry Products is a plus.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to work independently and learn new systems quickly.
