Overview: The Clinical Supervisor provides direct oversight of the daily operations of the outpatient behavioral health team, clinical education, quality management, performance improvement, and all activities related to treatment programs and daily management of outpatient clinical product. The Clinical Supervisor will perform therapist/outpatient staff duties as needed.

Education

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field (Required)

Work Experience

• 3 years of experience in a Behavioral Healthcare/Clinical Treatment setting (Required)
• 1 year in a supervisory role evaluating staff performance and implementing program initiatives (Preferred)
• Experience in behavioral healthcare treatment and managing clinical staff (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications

• Must hold and maintain current licensure as a mental health professional, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Georgia (Required)
