M- F 8a- 6p All ages 2 years thru Geriatric APPX- 25- 30 PPD- FULL Support Staff to assist 36 exam rooms; in-house lab, X-ray, MRI, pharmacy; 4 procedure rooms. Athena Health EMR in place and well supported Call shared 1-10- NO ER Call The practice offers primary, family, women's health, physicals, workers compensation care and urgent care. START November/ Dec 2022
