Base pay range
$95,000.00/yr - $/yr

Sign‑On Bonus
$20,000 for candidates who apply before 01/26/26

Relocation Package
Up to $15,000

What You’ll Do

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs
  • Oversee implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
  • Supervise individuals seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis
  • Perform other typical BCBA activities as required

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • LBA preferred before starting services
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Clean background, drug screening, and driving record required
