Base pay range
$95,000.00/yr - $/yr
Sign‑On Bonus
$20,000 for candidates who apply before 01/26/26

What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs
- Oversee implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
- Supervise individuals seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis
- Perform other typical BCBA activities as required
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- LBA preferred before starting services
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Clean background, drug screening, and driving record required
