Arlington Senior Living is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and creative Activities Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy working with seniors and creating meaningful experiences that bring joy, connection, and purpose to residents’ daily lives, we would love to meet you.

• Assist with planning and leading engaging daily activities for residents

• Help facilitate group programs such as games, arts and crafts, music, exercise, and social events

• Encourage resident participation while creating a welcoming and inclusive environment

• Adapt activities to meet the interests, abilities, and needs of individual residents

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and encourage social interaction

• Document resident participation and communicate engagement or concerns with the care team

• Assist with special events, celebrations, and community activities

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, recreation, or resident activities preferred

• Energetic, creative, patient, and compassionate personality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Dependable and organized with a positive attitude

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
