Spring Health Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral and therapeutic support through individualized assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions for individuals and families.
You will conduct comprehensive ASD assessments, develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation to support client progress.
