As a Hospital Operations Coordinator, you will play a key leadership role in supporting daily hospital operations, driving performance excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of the Managed Asset ® program. • Assist in the oversight of equipment flow while redirecting and allocating resources.
• Maintain the necessary inventory of equipment, equipment productivity, supplies, and support structures to ensure an effective and functional Asset Management Program.
• Investigate nursing staff concerns and opportunities for improvement in lieu of the Operations Manager, Hospital.
• Implement appropriate courses of action in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Maintain a basic understanding of the existing contract between Agiliti and the customer, including the ability to facilitate and support adherence to contract requirements.
• Assist with the supervision of Hospital Service Technician (HST) personnel, including training, performance reviews, and corrective action plans when necessary.
• Support reporting requirements and guide employee career development.
• Assist with managing staffing schedules based on equipment volume and foster cooperation among shifts to ensure a positive team environment.
• Promote employee engagement and retention through a collaborative workplace culture.
• Facilitate, educate, and deliver the HST training program and training materials for employees.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical or management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop team members in a healthcare or operational environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced hospital setting.
