This full-time night role involves performing patient assessments, providing general and critical care respiratory procedures, conducting blood gas analysis, maintaining equipment, and educating patients in adult care areas.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients and execute respiratory care protocols
- Administer critical care procedures
- Manage and maintain respiratory equipment
- Educate patients on respiratory health
- Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care
- State licensure by the Georgia Composite State Board of Medical Examiners
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS (or ALS), and PALS
- Prior experience not necessary; must actively maintain required competencies
