We are searching for a full-time Information Technology (IT) Specialist to support the Bank’s IT department. This position is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to the Bank’s employees. Service area will span across all functional areas of the Bank and include both hardware and software programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support for Bank hardware, software, and network related issues via phone, email, or in person.

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, and software applications.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including setting up accounts and devices.

• Gathers data and prepares monthly reports for review by Management.

• Collaborate with IT team member(s) and IT Manager to improve processes and system performance.

• Educate users on best practices for IT security and system usage.

• Maintain knowledge and awareness of financial industry technical issues and trends.

• Assist IT Manager with all Annual Upgrades, End of Year processes, and special projects as needed.

• Supports the management of the business continuity and disaster recovery functions of the Bank.
