Move healthcare software projects forward by leading implementations and ensuring the success of new Epic customers. Travel across the US (and abroad if interested) as part of a team that leads software installations, presents to hospital leadership, coordinates end-user training, and provides ongoing support as healthcare providers go live with our software. Enjoy autonomy in decision-making with full support and guidance.

Responsibilities- Lead software implementation projects for healthcare organizations from initiative through go-live and post-go-live support.
- Present to hospital leadership, coordinate end-user training, and provide comprehensive project-related support during deployments.
- Travel as required (approximately 25-60% of working days; typical months may include 1–2 trips lasting 2–4 days).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize project management practices to manage scope, schedule, risk, and resources while maintaining patient care focus.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major).
- A history of academic and professional success.
- Willingness to travel 25–60% of working days (typical month includes 1–2 trips lasting 2–4 days).
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
