Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

Location: Madison, WI (relocation assistance available)

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll manage complex litigation and counsel the company on regulatory, competition, healthcare, and other potential risk areas. Your responsibilities include winning multi‑million dollar disputes, proactive risk counseling, representing Epic in high‑stakes proceedings, and forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance both domestically and abroad. • JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
