Compensation

This position has an hourly pay rate of $ and is eligible for performance bonuses. The compensation listed represents the base pay for this position, which is just one of the many elements of our Total Compensation package.

What You’ll Do – Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards.
  • Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of systems, company standards, account management, collections, and performance reports.
  • Lead local marketing strategies, use business‑to‑business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host and participate in community and in‑store events to stimulate growth and revenue.
  • Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions, assessing risk within established limits.
  • Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws; participate in audits and compliance reviews as directed.
  • Supervise and maintain office security, including cash management and loss prevention.
  • Conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties.
  • Participate in the selection, review, hiring, and retention of new employees.
  • Develop work schedules in accordance with budget, workloads, and store needs; ensure optimal staffing.
  • Handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism.
  • Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance; oversee the store planogram and display of seasonal and promotional marketing material.
  • Work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment and handle multiple challenging tasks to meet performance standards.
  • Maintain a full‑time work schedule with regular in‑person attendance, including weekends, at a minimum of 40 hours per week.
