The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Office Manager and provides management continuity for Anpota's Georgia branch.
This person should be capable of supervising routine branch operations when the Office Manager is unavailable.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily branch operations.
Help supervise administrative employees.
Monitor office opening/closing procedures.
Coordinate employee schedules.
Assist with onboarding.
Maintain branch operating checklists.
Monitor supplies and facilities.
Help maintain corporate records.
Assist with client meetings.
Help coordinate recruiting activities.
Support subsidiaries and portfolio-company personnel using the office.
Prepare branch reports.
Solve routine operational problems.
Escalate significant matters to management.
Required QualificationsPrevious assistant-manager, team-lead, supervisory or operations experience.
Strong communication.
Strong organizational skills.
Comfortable with office technology.
Ability to supervise employees professionally.
Ability to handle confidential information.
