* What You Will Do:

*** Participate on manufacturing reviews, transitions, new product introduction reviews, and manufacturing standard work improvements
* Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives that support continuous process improvement
* Create and maintain CMM programs for blades, standardized for use across machines where possible.
* Utilize advance GD&T knowledge to program CMMs.
* Point of contact for external software and machine maintenance requirements and calibrations
* Drive partnership with Part Family Engineering and Quality Engineering teams through continuous improvement journey
* *** Weekend Shift schedule is :
Friday - Sunday : 6:00am-6:30pm
***** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of related experience or an Associate's degree or other 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
* 2 years of CMM Programming experience
* U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Two or more years of experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
