Description
Position SummarySupport production planning, process optimization, and raw material management to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. Monitor production performance, maximize yield, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
RoleDescription:
Responsible for production planning, process monitoring, raw material management, inventory control, and continuous process improvement. Works closely with internal departments and suppliers to ensure stable operations, optimal material availability, and efficient manufacturing performance.
Responsibilities:- Utilize SAP, WMS, and MES systems for production planning, monitoring, and inventory management.
- Plan, schedule, and optimize production processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor daily production activities and analyze production performance to ensure stable manufacturing operations.
- Manage and plan raw material requirements to support production schedules and minimize shortages.
- Maximize production yield through continuous process monitoring and improvement.
- Optimize raw material utilization to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to support manufacturing operations and process improvement.
- Monitor and manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Analyze production and material consumption data to identify improvement opportunities and support operational decision-making.
- Investigate production and material-related issues and implement corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and
Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field.

- English & Korean Bilingual preferred
