As a Marketing Manager at American Pride Bank, you will play a key role in executing our marketing strategies across various platforms while ensuring our brand voice, visuals, and overall messaging remain consistent and compelling.

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience to lead the execution of marketing campaigns, including copywriting, graphic design, and coordination with agency partners. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can effectively manage multiple projects while ensuring alignment with the American Pride Bank brand.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, this position will require keen attention to detail and hands-on execution to ensure that all marketing materials and assets are aligned with our mission and vision, creating a positive and lasting impression on our customers.

• Campaign Execution: Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Content Creation: Write clear, compelling copy for a variety of marketing materials including emails, website copy, blogs, advertisements, social media, and more.
• Graphic Design: Design marketing collateral using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring all assets align with our brand guidelines and strategic goals.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials, both digital and print, accurately reflect the American Pride Bank brand and messaging.
• Website Management: Collaborate with departments to keep our website up to date, with timely notifications from the bank and updated content about bank goings-on.
• Social Media Management: Engage in our platforms on social media, curating content and engaging with our online community.
• Agency Management: Work closely with external agency partners to coordinate, execute, and review marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Marketing Analytics: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimize future initiatives.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and leadership to develop integrated marketing strategies and align on messaging.

• Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in banking, finance, or a similar regulated industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) tools for content generation and optimization.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across all marketing materials.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and strategically to produce engaging and effective marketing materials.
• Experience in Banking/Finance: Previous experience in the banking and financial services sector is a plus but not required.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and PPC.
