Under the direction of a Clinical Nurse, provides direct patient care by administering medications and specific treatments to patients within the framework of the established standards, contributes to the assessment of the health and status of patients.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of a state approved Technical School of Licensed Practical Nursing

• Twelve months or more of medical-surgical background and physician office nursing experience preferred
• Computer knowledge and skills required

• Must hold a current license with the State Board of Licensed Practical Nursing
• Current CPR required
