Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health - Full Time

As a LPN, you will visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care under the direction of RNs and in compliance with the physicians' orders.

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of employment.

Salary: $52,000.00 – $62,000.00
