Where You Will Work: 3 East is a 20-bed Medical-Surgical floor that provides comprehensive care for adult patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, as well as post-operative recovery needs. This unit is designed to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. This unit provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with diverse patient cases.

Primary Patient Population:
Adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, respiratory illnesses, and cardiovascular disorders. Post-operative patients recovering from general, orthopedic, or abdominal surgeries. Patients requiring telemetry monitoring for cardiac observation and complex medication management. Typical Nurse to patient ration is 5:1
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Add additional preferred qualifications
What You’ll Do:As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
